  I was given a french menu, and politely asked for an English menu. She quickly found me one which was great. Throughout the whole time I was there I was talking to her in English she was responding to me in French. She didn’t even try to speak to me in the language I was speaking to her. She just ignored the fact, I would have been satisfied if she told me I’m so sorry I’m not comfortable speaking in English. Her customer service skills sucked. I work in the customer service industry and I always greet customers in both languages and go from there.

  Jack Asters rarely seems to disappoint. This was our first time at this location. We were greeted politely by the hostess who first say us in the dinning room but we asked to sit at bar side and she quickly located a booth and took us to our seat. Our server was knowledgeable and upbeat.

  Huge place with massive screen visible from all seatings. Prices are very reasonable and food quality is really good. Staff are very friendly. Our waitress today was Mary. She was very nice and patient when it comes to customized orders. Excellent place for family, boys night out and regular dates.

  We were a group, given us plates for the cake: the plates were still wet, some are dirty. I asked for napkins to clean myself, service was slow I didn’t want to wait again to have new plates.

  Love their food and drink. waiting time is usually alright but can be long during week end and holiday. Food is a bit overpriced but is still acceptable. Waitresses are professional and bilingual.
