  I came in today to exchange a watch. The salesperson was very attentive to me, she showed me many products and was very patient with me. When I couldn't find anything in the style that I liked and asked for a refund I was passed to the manager— my experience with her was very different.

  Initially she refused to refund me on the basis that the product was not resalable, even though as I explained to her I hadn't worn it more than a day. She proceeded to make a big show at the counter of taking the watch out of the box, polishing it, examining it, as if I was trying to hide something. She finally agreed to refund me, but took a very short demeanour with me throughout the whole process. Everything up through purchasing a product here was great, but as soon as I came in to express that I was unsatisfied with the product, the service was completely opposite, borderline rude. So my advice to anyone considering making a purchase here is to not comeback here if you have any issues or any questions. Go to another Fossil store or contact the company directly.

  very bad service! i encountered a rude employee by the name of STEPHANIE that had no skills whatsoever in customer service or communication. awful experience, never buying a watch from there again.

  Went there because there was a 25% off the watch I wanted to buy on the website and they didn't apply the discount at checkout. I've sent a message on the website and they said I've to go back there to ask for my discount because the store is not really part of Fossil. I've already wasted hours of my life to buy this watch and now I've to spend more time to get my money back.

  Edit: I initially gave this place 2 stars, because the salesperson was nice to me. But I noticed employees from this store are now posting positive fake reviews and accusing the customers who gave them bad reviews of having "provoked a situation" that led to their rude customer service (I didn't know asking for a refund would offend them so much!).
