    I’m a regular customer, and it’s always a great experience! The staff is absolutely friendly/welcoming and really know what they’re talking about. Most important, you can tell they care about their pets! The store is always clean, and the pet cages are well maintained! I love Centre Laval!

    Store in centre Laval Birds are over priced, never know if birds are related for pairing some not in good shap. Spent 15 standing alone in the fish department with no help so I left, not the first time. Lots of dead fish and most are over priced. Use to be better but been going down in the past few years

    I always get frozen rats for my snake there. They always have big sizes, and they don't smell. Employees are always very friendly. A new employee wasn't sure how to get me a frozen rat, but she tried really hard. It was funny. A for effort
