  I am agree with the people who are concerning about hidden fee, and misleading advertisement. Also when you called to get the information about membership, you will not get it clear and they are hiding to tell you about all the fees. First time registration fee, Price guarantee fees two time in a year...and much more. Just try to call them....Updates...So in total they are charging 356$ (including tax) for the whole year that include two time price grantee fee of 19.99$ and 34.47$ for Inscription and card fees. So around 30$ per month you are paying. So decision is yours...

  Fair gym with a wide range of machines and weights. Only downside are the people that attend this place.

  Forget trying to workout on at peak hours unless all you plan on doing is bike, treadmill, or elliptical. Weight racks are always empty, no one reracks, muscle heads grunting and leaving weights on the ground everywhere even after they've finished.

  Don't listen to the unhappy comments! This gym for the price you pay, is great! I've been to energy cardio, nautilus, tennis 13, sonic atheletic, west end gym, & you get the exact same thing for 3 times the price! These are the things I love about the branch is Laval:

  All negatives aside, it's a fairly decent gym for the price you pay, but it's those that workout beside you, that have no respect for anyone else that make this gym a pass at a first glance.

  Very reasonable membership cost. Gym is aways very clean. There are lots of machines and work-out equipment for everyone even during busy hours. A separate fitness room is available for women only. All the staff is always very friendly and ready to give fitness advice. There are lots of interesting fitness classes to choose from.
