  The gym is beautiful...great ambiance and people. Their reception is super friendly and cater to any of your concerns. Though, the management is seriously questionable. The manager that takes care of the classes is rude and really unprofessional when it comes to dealing with complaints or any issues. It is very unnecessary and the short tempter is comparable to that of a child. The other manager is just difficult to understand. Otherwise, great gym and friendly staff.

  The most friendly staff you’ll ever find from a gym. The place is very neat with a lot of equipment. A family friendly place to use the pool. They give you free trials so take full advantage of that. Been a member for a year now and love it. You pay for the environment!

  A+ all the way. I am currently training at the Gold's gym Laval and I absolutely love it. I live in DDO and I travel to this Gym specifically. I walk in and don't feel intimidated. People there go to train, and are about their health and getting in shape... not socializing around. I have seen people of all ages, Men and woman, which is refreshing. The staff is super friendly, always greeting me and others with a smile. They are always able and willing to help and answer any questions if need be. The trainers Kelly and Costa are very knowledgeable, and reliable. They listen to their clients wants and needs, and helps them attain their goals. Gold's Gym Laval made me love going to the gym again. Will be a very long time client.

  I pay a membership and as indicated I can bring my child on Sundays yet the temperature in the pool is so cold my kid has blue lips after 5 mins .. asking them to put 2-4 c up in Sunday’s when kids are allowed is useless... not only they don’t they are rude about it. Pay the 9.99 at world gym instead of this overpriced hypocrite rude BS
