  I went to atlantis just to train for a day. Not only did I not get in that gym to train. I got verbally attacked by Jean-Louis at the reception! He was screaming at me with insult words (I'm shocked, never did I ever experience such aggresive, unprofessional service anywhere in my entire life). The receptionnist was worse! ATTITUDE FROM HEAD TO TOE! She refused to give me her first name and basically just ignored me and my question. All this because I wanted to pay 15$ and she tells me no it has to be cash my interact machine doesn't work. I wasn't happy because I didn't drive all the way there to be told too bad leave. She gave me a dirty look and said '' What you think cause my machine doesn't work I'm gonna let you go in for free?" I can go on and on about how bad of an experience this was. Will I ever train there? Never, will I ever recommend anyone to train there? Never. If you're planning on singing up there PLEASE DON'T and save your money. Unless you like to be treated like an animal with no respect and be verbally attacked by their front desk, then this is your place.

  Love that this gym has a women's section with all the machines/weights you need. Also love that the gym is open until 11pm on weekdays and 6:30pm saturdays, and 6 pm sundays. Great flexible schedule! (FYI spinning classes are included in membership!)

  Very unprofessional customer service. Rude front desk staff and a manager that pretty much backs up the bad service and staff. Unbelievably disappointed with how Simon the manager handles complaints. If you care about good service please avoid this gym.

  Huge GYM , Equipped with the latest Machines and tools , not expensive .

  Good variety of equipment, good opening hours, clean locker room and price is reasonable
