  Wow! There was 5 employees in the front and NONE came to help us. We did the whole store and stayed for a good 20 minutes and not one person came to help. Worst Structube I've ever been to and definitely not buying from there. Maybe somebody should teach the employees how to greet their clients because with service like that, Structube itself is losing sales. If you're an employee there, if you hate your job that much - QUIT! Because you're ruining Structube's name with 0 customer service skills. If I could give this store a 0, I would because they don't even deserve a 1.

  Some of the rudest and most useless delivery men I have encountered yet. It would be cheaper to just get a friend's vehicle/rent a truck to go pick the furniture up yourself as the delivery men will not do anything beyond dumping your furniture in your apartment lobby.

  The couch we purchased is very nice. However I feel completely ripped off on the delivery fee. $70 dollars to just bring it to my apartment building and for the 3 delivery men to do nothing? Literally one guy just sat down on the lobby's couch. Luckily I had friends to help me move my furniture into my apartment.

  Great store, Great employees. The people that are not satisfied with this store must be pretty hard to please. Purchased a bedroom set a few weeks ago from one of their salesperson and they were very professional with me. I will glady come back for my next furniture needs.

  I have never encountered such impolite staff before and the manager is ice-cold. After buying furniture for a couple of thousand dollars and receiving half of them broken, the least they could do is follow-up to replace them for me. I had to run after them and they are the ones who felt annoyed! Worst experience of my life, I would never buy from Structube again.
