  Malgré le fait que les items étaient hors de notre budget, nous avons reçu un excellent service de la part d’un des vendeurs. Même à la toute fin lorsque nous lui avons dit que ce n’était malheureusement pas dans nos prix, le vendeur a été très gentil et nous a même remis un catalogue pour avoir des idées contrairement à d’autres magasins de meubles.

  Très beaux meubles et très bon service. Hani est très professionnel et a de très bons conseils pour la décoration et l’agencement des meubles. Très bons produits.

  We are so thrilled with the service and advice we received at BoConcept Laval! Hani and Natasha were extremely helpful and patient with us, and helped us to design the living room of our dreams! It was delivered last week, and Natasha even came to our home to ensure we laid things out in the best manner and that we were happy with our selections. The installation team was also super. We could not be happier and highly recommend BoConcept Laval. We look forward to going back and working on other rooms in the near future. Thank you!!

  We really enjoyed our experience at BoConcept. They have beautiful and modern furniture. We went back a couple times for several different items and are always pleased with the quality of the products and the knowledgable and experienced staff! We will probably be back again!

  We purchased almost all our furniture for our new house at BoConcept, I deeply regret I didn't purchase it all! With the experience of buying a new house and having to deal with multiple people/companies we developed a certain know how. The experience with Hani and his wife Natasha has been a total class act, by FAR the most exquisite treatment out of everybody we have dealt with. And this exquisiteness follows through Dimitry, the delivery man. What else can one say, c'est de la classe!!
