    Manager is not even willing to go through and verify what the return policy is, if she had done so she possibly would have seen differently?? Levi’s used to be a great brand both for service and for the quality of clothing .

    Terrible Service. Does not accept online purchase returns unless you have a printed copy of the email receipt. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAY’s yes you can return store says NO you cannot. Customer service says all they need is the packing slip and return label and to return in store . Store manager says no !! She needs a printed copy of email

    Employés harcelants. Il est difficile de magasiner tranquillement. On se sent forcé de faire un achat.

    Pire service. La gérante était super bête. Elle ne respecte pas non plus les politiques d'échange et remboursement. En plus de tout ça, elle ose dévisager mon chum en insistant qu'il a besoin de nouvelles jeans ( qui d'ailleurs sont nouvelles) Bref, tanpis Levi, je n'encourage pas ce genre d'entreprise!
