Huge selection of different brands and good sales. Their sales staff will always try to sell you the most $$ product. Good place to go if you know what you want already. Very difficult to deal with warranty issues.

My customer experience was horrible! I left the store without the bike being fitted. My seat ended up going down as it was not tightened enough. They had installed the wrong pedals on the bike and when I brought it to their attention, the sales guy said it was the ones that came with the bike. I pushed the issue when I showed them that the same bike on their floor had black pedals, as all Liv bikes did. To top it off, I was left waiting at the front of the store due to no one telling me it was ready for me. As they were the only ones who had the bike I wanted, I had no choice but to buy it from them. I left the store feeling upset and not taken care of. If you are not knowledgeable about bikes, like me, I recommend not going there.

When does a company accuse their client of breaking the bike!?! My god, I'm not a moron... I didn't use a freaking wrench to tighten the screws, I used a small allen key and pressure was less then 5 Nm like stated on the clamp.

I bought a bike last november and the seat clamp broke. They tell me it's not under warranty. What? Warranty is 1 year... it's been 10 months... so, yeah, it is under warranty.

After you give them money, they don't care about you.

So, avoid this place that is over priced and pedantic and go to oberson, which has a much better choice for lower prices and people working there are not morons like at Primeau.

Service told me I broke the clamp. I don't think so, when you change the height of the seat and both screws break while tightening, it's a factory flaw... not a human error. I had to actually threaten them of small claim for them to offer me the 15$ piece. Only after I threaten them they accepted to give me the piece, not install it back.
