  My eyebrows are always uneven...I had one technician who was very good and helped me grow out my brows so she could shape them every month but she isn't there anymore and now my eyebrows are botched. I have bald spots, the two are different shapes. I had such beautiful thick brows and now they are always thin and the shape does not suit my face. I always ask for just a clean up no shaping so that I could grow out my hair but they rush and just take it all off again. They don't listen to what the client wants...I've learnt my lesson...not going there anymore.

  Got there at 5:30pm on a Saturday. They clearly have it indicated on their door and website they close at 6pm. The lady at the counter told me « come tomorrow , we’re open tomorrow » I said but you close at 6, why would I return tomorrow. Basically they do not accept any more clients if their store if full enough to serve till 6pm. Closing time is the time the door closes, if you want to work till 6, close your doors at 5:30. I displaced myself for nothing. Make sure you get there at least an hour before closing to make sure you’ll be served

  Very unprofessional place! If you are going to get a bikini wax, don't! Especially not at the Laval location. I went there about 6 times to get a bikini wax, and I would say that, 2 out of the 6 women that waxed me, knew what they were doing. Recently I went, and the young girl had no idea what she was doing, she kept waxing the same area multiple times, which resulted in severe bruising around my bikini area. When I went to speak to the manager, the manager said it was my skin's fault, and was very rude about it!!! This never happened to me before, and you do not need a doctor or a certified waxer to know that it was her fault and not my skin. Horrible customer service, not the way to do business. Do not go there for waxing.

  Keep messing up even after I specify what I want. I keep going back and giving them another chance .. always come out disappointed. I think the girls need better training. I'll be on the look out for a new eyebrow threading place, in the mean time I'll wait for my brows to grow again.

  Got my eyeborws done in about 1 min ! Great service at great prices ! I would suggest this to every woman !
